He assumed duty in the management of Tosyalı Metal A.Ş., which he established in 1988 with his elder brother and younger brother. He is also acting as board member at Tosyalı Demir Çelik A.Ş. and Tosçelik Profil ve Sac End. A.Ş., which were established after Tosyalı Metal.
E. Ayhan Tosyalı is also the Chairman of Iskenderun Organized Industrial Zone and member to many non-governmental organizations.
